We are located in the heart of Tatlayoko Valley. Where we are surrounded by the beautiful Coastal Mountains.

As you decend down into the valley you can look upon The 'Homathko Icefield and Queen Bess' . The valley is surrounded by Niut Mountain Range on the west, and Potato Mountain Range on the east. Potato Mountain follows the full 17 mile long Tatlayoko Lake.

Hiking trails that will take you up into the alpine meadows are only minutes away. As is the world famous Tatlayoko Lake, known for it's wind surfing.

We offer great fishing lakes in the area. Grizzley sighting along Chilko Lake in the fall. We have a local Bistro for lunches, as well as a Barn Boutique. We have many local artist that we can visit, and amazing gardener.

There is local Rodeos, Stampedes and Gymkhanas we can attend * ask about those dates when booking your holidays.

We are 2-1/2 hours out of Williams Lake on highway #20 towards Bella Coola. When you reach the junction of Tatlayoko Lake and Tatla Lake, turn south on Tatlayoko Rd. There you'll follow that road for 25-30 minutes untill you reach hydro pole # 294.

*Please note  Remember to fuel up at the nearest fuel station. There is Redstone gas bar, Tatla Lake and Nimpo, (if coming from the Bella Coola side).

Our sign 'HOMATHKO RIVER INN' will welcome you. Come and have a visit, and see, if you can not enjoy our beautiful valley; of vast wilderness, abunance of senery and friendly people. Be drawn into the local history of the area, and it's suroundings. I am so privilaged to be able to call Tatlayoko Valley 'my home' for the past 46 years.
